About Sylvania Flower House, NSW

Sylania Flower House is located on the South bound side of the Princes Highway, coming up into Sylvania Heights.

We are open 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 2.30 PM on Saturday. We are also open on Sundays, for special occasions like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. We do deliveries all around the Sutherland Shire and close surrounding suburbs everyday we are open for business. Everywhere from Kogorah, Hurstville and Penshurst areas, down to Waterfall, Bundeena and Maianbar, out to Kurnell and Cronulla and over to Lucas Heights, Menai and Barden Ridge, and everything in between these suburbs.

Flower arrangements for all occasions, cards, locally made and delicious chocolates, lots of various plants, teddy bears and soft toys, hand made candles, helium balloons (both foil and latex ones) and air filled balloons on sticks all available. We can do flowers for weddings, funerals, memorials and any other event you need beautiful fresh flowers for. Contact us to discuss your floral needs! We can make hampers to order as well, in sweet, savoury or a combination. We also have bottles of red, white and sparkling wines you can add to your hamper or gift order for that special occasion! (Alcohol can only be delivered to persons over 18!). 

We are currently trialing options and alternatives to using floral foam (oasis) in our arrangements. So if you get an arrangement that is a little different to a prior one, that is probably why. Floral foam is a microplastic product that we would like to get rid of if we possibly can. It also contains some particularly bad chemicals which are not good for health, so when we recommend suggestions that do not use foam, like for hospitals and nursing homes, this is why. Thank you for your understanding about these changes.

There is on-street parking on the Princes Highway just out front of the shop, or just around the corner on Holt Road. There is also a bus stop just down the road on south bound side and across the road at the lights on the north bound side. Just look for our hot pink sign board out the front of the shop.

If it is a concern (and we know it can be, unfortunately), we are also completely LBGQTI+ friendly and supportive, so you can be sure that we will always treat everyone with the same friendly, cheery attitude. Flowers are for everyone and anyone!
